MedVenture Registration Update

Dear MedVenture conference attendees,

On behalf of MedVenture Vancouver, thank you so much for registering for our 2022 virtual event. We are excited to welcome all of you to Western Canada's first competition-based health science conference, taking place on January 22-23. In the coming weeks, the majority of communication regarding the approaching conference will be done via our Discord server. Please see the link attached below to join, and make sure to change your username to your real name for identification purposes. If you do not have a discord account, please create one as discord will be our main platform of communication. After you register for a devpost account, feel free to explore the page! As a friendly reminder, the conference will begin at 9:00 AM Pacific time, so be sure to take that into consideration if you are living in a different time zone. In addition, our team has crafted a participant package that will explain various components of our conference. This is also attached in the email, and if you have trouble accessing it, the link can also be found in the bio of our Instagram page. For the conference, you have the option of being placed within a team to compete. Please respond to this email with whether you would like to participate in this event solo or in a team, and if you have any specific requests for team members. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Finally, registration for the MedVenture 2022 conference will be closing on January 19th, 2022, so make sure you encourage many of your peers to sign up with you!
