  1. Registration Deadline: January 19, 2022 - 11:59PM PST
  2. Opening Ceremony: January 22, 2022 - 9:30AM PST
  3. Submission Deadline: January 23, 2022 - 6:30PM PST
  4. Closing Ceremony: January 23, 2022 - 7PM PST

By registering to MedVenture's January 2022 Conference, you agree that:

  1. MedVenture Vancouver claims no responsibility or liability for anything that happens during the conference. You are responsible for your own safety, health, and well-being.
  2. MedVenture Vancouver will NOT tolerate swearing, slurs, spamming, harassment, trolling, scamming, violence, nudity, sexually explicit content, and physical harm.
  3. Advertisements or soliciting is NOT allowed during the conference. 
  4. MedVenture Vancouver reserves the right to deny, withdraw, or remove participants from any activity, event, or from the competition.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Anyone aged 13-18
  • Team size of 1-4 people. (MedVenture Vancouver will help create teams for those looking for teams.)
  • Citizens of any country in the world (as legally permissible in their country)
